1. Licensing & Scope of Service

Welcome to [RankRover] at: https://app.rankrover.io/. RankRover is an online platform and marketplace that enables users to buy and sell guest post placements and digital content across high-quality, high-traffic websites.

  • “User” / “you” refers to:
  1. website visitors,
  2. buyers (advertisers), and/or
  3. sellers (publishers).
  • The “Services” includes all features, dashboards, and ancillary offerings, as detailed on-site.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, Platform, or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms (including our Privacy Policy). If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

The Services are available only to individuals:

  • Who are at least 18 years old, and
  • Who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

3. Services Overview

RankRover provides Buyers with access to a searchable database of publishers for purchasing guest posts, and provides Sellers with opportunities to publish and monetize their sites.

  • Our Platform is accessible to registered Account holders via our secure dashboard.
  • All transactions and communications regarding the publication/services occur within RankRover.

4. How It Works

Order Process:

  • Buyers submit an order with specified requirements and pay the platform fees.
  • The order is sent for Seller approval.
  • Sellers may accept or decline based on their capacity to meet requirements.
  • Upon successful publication, the Seller is paid by RankRover.
  • If the the order is rejected  or the Seller declines, funds are refunded to the Buyer’s RankRover wallet

Prices may fluctuate—please check listing prices regularly. Content or guest post service fees can be amended at RankRover’s sole discretion at any time.

5. User Accounts & Registration

  • Registration is mandatory for all buyers and sellers; users must verify accounts via email and phone number
  • Only ONE active account per user is allowed.
  • Protect your account and credentials: you are solely responsible for all actions taken via your account.
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately to [support@rankrover.io].
  • Inactive accounts (no activity for 90 days) may be suspended by RankRover.

6. Fees, Payments & Commissions

  • All Service fees are displayed on the Site and payments are processed in USD.
  • RankRover may amend commissions, payment methods, or pricing at any time.
  • All payments are processed through RankRover (no direct user-to-user payments permitted).
  • Funds are held by RankRover until “successful publication” of posts as per Buyer’s criteria.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Buyers may not cancel orders after order is placed and any modifications in order will be on the case to case basis, you need to connect with support for this and no refunds will be provided except in the case of order rejection or non-fulfillment.

7. Use Restrictions

Users may not (and may not enable others to):

  • Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Harvest, scrape, or collect other users’ data without consent.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service or Site except as permitted.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Overload, disrupt, hack, or interfere with our systems or those of our partners.
  • Share or promote external direct contact or payment methods.
  • Publish or facilitate posting of infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content.
  • Attempt to bypass platform restrictions or security features.

8. Privacy Policy

RankRover values user privacy. See our Privacy Policy for information on data practices and user rights. By using the Platform, you consent to RankRover’s collection and processing of your information as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The entire RankRover Site, Platform, software, design, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws and are owned/licensed by RankRover.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site except as expressly permitted.
  • Sellers represent and warrant that any guest posts, content, or intellectual property provided to Buyers does not infringe on third-party rights and that all necessary rights, licenses, and consents have been secured.
  • With payment, Sellers assign to Buyers all rights, title, and interest in the commissioned content, except for credit or attribution as stated in the order.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • RankRover is a platform/provider only and is not a party to agreements between Buyers and Sellers.
  • RankRover does not endorse any specific Buyer, Seller, post, or service, and is not liable for the conduct, quality, or legality of posts or Sellers.
  • Any disputes over posts or payments must be resolved between Buyer and Seller, though RankRover will provide reasonable support.
  • The Platform and its Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. User acknowledges that use of the Platform, including any transactions, is at their own risk.
  • RankRover’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Platform is limited to the actual amount paid by the user to RankRover in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RankRover and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Any content or intellectual property provided by you;
  • Any interaction or transaction with other users.

12. Termination

  • RankRover may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
  • You may close your User Account by contacting [support@rankrover.io].
  • Upon termination, you lose access to your account and RankRover is not liable to you or any third party for termination or data loss.
  • Key provisions, including those regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution, survive termination.

13. Amendments & Updates

  • RankRover may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or emailed to users (using registered addresses).
  • Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and RankRover.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in force.
  • You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations without our written consent.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
  • Notices may be sent to your registered email or posted on the Platform.
  • These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and RankRover regarding your use of the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the [Jurisdiction where RankRover is registered].
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
