  1. Refund Policy

While we do not offer cash refunds, we understand that sometimes orders need to be reversed or credits issued. Below are the conditions under which credits may be provided:

  • Order Rejection or Cancellation:
    If RankRover.io rejects or cancels an order, a full credit for the amount paid will be issued to your RankRover.io wallet.
  • Service Delivery Issues:
    If we are unable to fulfill the order due to internal limitations or publisher non-compliance, credit will be issued accordingly.
  • Duplicate Orders:
    In case of accidental duplicate orders, credit will be issued for the duplicate.

Important Information:

  • All credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Credits can only be used for future purchases on RankRover.io.
  • We do not process refunds to original payment methods.
  • If you have any concerns regarding service delivery, please contact us promptly for resolution.
  1. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team violates our terms.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback attempt:

  • Your RankRover.io account will be immediately suspended.
  • Any affiliate commissions related to your account will be forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal or collection actions.
  • You may be permanently banned from using RankRover.io services.
  1. Affiliate Commission Reversal

If a chargeback is issued by a customer referred by you:

  • The corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed.
  • If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from future payouts.
  • If no future payouts exist, you will be invoiced for the recovered amount or it will be deducted from the amount added in the wallet.
